In-House Pensions Administration 12 month contract - Leeds - negotiable salary
Overview
Juliette Lister and Lisa Tremlett are currently assisting an In-house Pensions department who are recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator based in Leeds city centre to work on a 12 month contract Responsibilities Prepare new member communications and review existing communications Prepare other scheme and Trustee communications Develop communications strategy to improve member engagement Help the Trustees to comply with all current pension regulations Provide admin input into Trustee reports, prepare meeting packs and support scheme secretary Interrogating and reporting on member and scheme data Review member calculations for both defined benefit and defined contribution schemes Check payments and correspondence completed by administrators Identify and propose process improvements that enhance service delivery Dealing confidently with members via telephone and email Skills required Familiarity with member communications and other scheme communications Ability to adapt written style to suit audience Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills Good team working skills with a flexible approach to ensure overall team delivery Ability to effectively communicate with scheme members, business partners and external pension providers Able to carry out calculations with a high level of accuracy Defined contribution and/or defined benefit pensions experience This is a Profile Search and Selection vacancy who are operating as an Employment Agency.
