Overview

We are seeking a Head Chef for a modern fusion, premium casual restaurant. The menu is based on sharing plates and consist of a mix of classic-British ingredients and Indian-style influences dishes. We are looking for a chef with experience in French or British cuisine, a Michelin background and some exposure with, or passion for Indian cuisine. This restaurant is taking Indian cuisine to a new level showcasing its potential and breaking the mould of the typical Indian restaurant. This role would suit a chef classically trained , who has a great understanding of Indian spices and can create mouth-watering dishes while managing a small brigade and keeping the kitchen to the highest hygiene standards .
