Tom Kerridge | The Bull & Bear | Manchester Tom Kerridge is looking for an Assistant Manager for The Bull & Bear in Manchester. The Bull & Bear within the Stock Exchange Hotel has recently opened and here we strive to follow the same high-quality standards we have at our flagship The Hand & Flowers, the only pub in the UK with two Michelin Stars. Scope and Purpose Reporting to the Restaurant Director, you will be part of an experienced and enthusiastic team who will be responsible for managing the day to day operation to deliver an unrivaled and seamless guest experience. You will build upon the existing reputations of Tom Kerridge and be a key part of the management team responsible for delivering the restaurant’s vision. You will support all aspects of the front of house operation, providing effective direction and leadership, and taking full responsibility for the delivery of outstanding guest service. Entry Requirements Previous management experience in a high-volume restaurant Food hygiene certification and COSHH knowledge advantageous Demonstrable leadership skills Willingness and flexibility to work additional hours if required A demonstrable passion for food concepts and creation, with a good working knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails A strong desire to develop a career in restaurants / luxury hotels Exceptional customer care skills Empathy for your colleagues Ability to work under pressure Pride and attention to detail in your work The finest personal presentation Distinctive, professional and warm personality Confidence & professionalism in dealing with clients This job was originally posted as www.caterer.com/job/89798612
