Overview

Chef de Partie Black Sheep Hotels is looking for Chef De Parties to lead the way in our Restaurants. Our kitchens are newly refurbished with an investment of 2 million pounds to ensure all kitchen team members have the top of the range equipment needed to produce a high standard food offering. We are looking for someone who stands out from the crowd, knows their stuff and wants to pass on their knowledge and experience. You will work in a large kitchen brigade working in all sections as you support the Head Chef to deliver first class Scottish and international cuisine, freshly prepared right from the scratch. You will work with the Head Chef to create a team environment in which our younger chefs can really thrive. Your role in kitchen operations will also involve food costing and ordering and the usual health and safety standards to be met.
