Chef De Partie We are currently looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to work with the established kitchen team at this busy dining pub, cooking all fresh produce and ensuring food quality is maintained at all times. The Place An independent pub company set up back in 2008 with the aim of creating smart, good looking pubs offering great fresh food and an excellent range of drinks. Pubs where drinkers and eaters alike are looked after with the same friendly and professional service. Undergoing a thorough refurbishment of the building early 2011, our client has lovingly restored the old pub back to her former glory. The Perks As the Chef De Partie you can look forward to the following: Hourly pay £9.50 per hour 48 hr week contract Salary of £23712 overtime and tips 2 days off together 50%off-peak food discount in any pubs Free chef whites Regular team socials and events, for learning and fun Career development, individual training plans and support to progress your career Contributory pension scheme Opportunities to move between pubs Working in modern, well equipped kitchens Working within brigades of up to 12 chefs plus 4 full time kitchen porters Working for an independent company where your input is valued The Person The ideal Chef De Partie will have the following: Experience as a demi or Chef De Partie Fresh food experience Passionate foodie with a good eye for detail Confident on all sections Flexible to work shifts as required Be local to the restaurant or have own transport All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
