Sous chef required for this small NEW OPENING bar/restaurant in the heart of Clapham. The sous chef would be required to work in a small team of 3 chefs producing a small menu and bar snacks. The Sous chef will be required to work 48 hours a week. The Sous chef must have worked to a senior CDP/Junior Sous chef level. Great oppotunity for a Sous chef that lives locally to the Clapham area.
