Overview
We are seeking a strong Sous Chef to join our Executive Chef at our Clermont Club, for an exciting new opening in Berkeley Square. The Sous Chef must be ambitious, strong-minded and have the determination to grow, in an environment where work life balance is respected. Fine dining and Michelin experience is essential, with a passion to deliver the highest quality of food to our very discerning guests. The volume will not be high volume, however working with the most exquisite ingredients, the delivery must be of the highest standards. The successful candidate will have a passion and the aim to deliver great food experience, with a great deal of flexibility to meet our guests’ needs with the minimum of 1 year in a Senior role.
