Overview

Your new company Your new company is a rapidly expanding organisation within the Market Drayton area. Your new role Your new role is a temporary position, with the opportunity to become permanent. You role within the company will predominately to assist in the recruitment process, from creating advertisements, both in house and for external candidates, shortlisting CVs and assisting the hiring manager with the organisation of interviews. You will check all right to work documents and also be responsible for all administration tasks around the recruitment process. This will involve onboarding and updating systems with new starters, writing offer letters and sending contracts to successful candidates. Alongside this, you will assist the HR team with supporting with note taking in disciplinarians, answering calls and any other adhoc duties. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will have experience within a fast paced recruitment role and also be confident within an administrative role handling sensitive details. You will have strong administrative skills and be able to use your initiative.
