Overview
A London University is currently recruiting a Organisational Consultant for a 18 month contract. They are looking for someone to support the OD team with an outstanding OD service with a focus on policies. Responsibilities: Develop guidance content around employment policy Carry out consultations across the organisation with employee interventions (focus groups, surveys etc.) Support the delivery of OD projects in line with the people strategy Deliver learning interventions as required Design, deliver and evaluate organisational development programmes Support the OD Senior Leadership Team with the delivery of staff experience and engagements initiatives Support the implementation of new policy Partner across the organisation, ensuring relationships are maintained and developed Qualifications/experience required Demonstrable experience of developing HR Policy Experience with trade unions (desirable) Strong stakeholder management Experience of working on organizational change
