Within our Cognizant Consulting business you would be joining our Top 5 Organisational Change Management global practice, operating as a horizontal capability servicing all of our vertical sectors and clients, which is at the nexus of the 'Digital' agenda and one of the most exciting and innovative sectors in the world. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager with a strong background in Organisational Change Management and Digital Business Transformation to develop our growing portfolio of clients that include some of the UK's best-known brands. In this role, you will be working closely with our Digital Advisory and Transformation Delivery teams to develop leads, build the team and execute successful governance and delivery. You will have the commercial experience necessary to build and develop significant new business opportunities for the Cognizant Consulting practice - focused on the development of senior (C-suite) client relationships and innovative propositions. You will also have a unique opportunity to build a level of eminence in the marketplace that gives you the platform to support the firm's growth ambitions over the long-term - as well as building a high-performing team around you to support these growth plans. To be successful in this role you will have sector domain expertise and be a subject matter expert in Organisational Change Management and Digital Business Transformation, leading multiple, high-profile programmes and bids, whilst developing innovative thought leadership. You will have the opportunity to recruit the best people, coach and support them whilst driving activity such as proposition development and marketing. Your responsibilities will be the following: Delivery Lead: * Lead the delivery of billable OCM Digital and Transformation client engagements (including OCM Strategy, Digital and Technology Adoption, ITO, BPO and HCM) across the multiple client verticals within Cognizant. Provide leadership and direction on one or more engagements while maintaining a high quality level of service, supporting issue resolution and management of team and scope * Establishment and execution of robust governance and Quality Assurance to OCM service offerings both across the UK and Europe * Ensure customer expectations are managed and delivered, achieving a higher than average customer satisfaction score * Develop deep customer relationships to expand existing and new business opportunities * Core member of the team responsible for Organisational Change Management services in collaboration with subject matter experts, technologists and creative teams. Business Development: * Assist in the development and presentation of client propositions, working across Cognizant UK and Europe supporting global business units when required * Drive business development and manage relationships with existing and potential Clients; leverage a disciplined approach to new business development activities and compelling pursuit strategies in support of aggressive growth plans. * Assist in the development of collateral to support practice 'go to market' propositions and service offerings * Collaborate with Cognizant's global OCM network, assisting in the production and evaluation of CC practice collateral to support business development and growth * Use personal network and networking skills to grow the consulting pipeline, selling at least $1m consulting work annually * Drive, contribute and deliver to Cognizant's' 'Thought Leadership', Brand and Market awareness * Be commercially astute and ensure revenue, margin and utilization targets are consistently achieved.
