As a consultant in one of Cognizant's most strategic, important and fastest-growing practices, the successful candidate will be able to integrate well and develop their leadership within a global matrixed organisation, working collaboratively in agile environments with subject matter experts and technologists. This role is to support the growth of Digital Adoption (DA) through working across domains and delivery life cycles from Ideation to Support. Contributing to our Digital Transformation revenue, improved client satisfaction and overarching Cognizant Digital Business (CDB) goals. Key responsibilities will include: * Owns the digital maturity adoption helping our clients transition from just "doing digital" to "being digital" * Changes their business process and functions, implementing Digital learning & development capabilities, leveraging innovative communication tools and techniques while utilising Digital accelerators * Encompasses how we reset the dynamics of power and decision-making to unleash digital experimentation; how we incubate and nurture clusters of cross-functional talent around a specific customer segment or opportunity; what the new workplace looks like; how we orchestrate people and machine tasks to enhance productivity and innovation * Collaboratively develop Insight driven change initiatives to drive accelerated adoption and foster cultural change * Demonstrates personal credibility as a digital adoption change agent and Subject Matter Expert able to demonstrate this within the DA team and on complex, evolving, challenging client engagements (e.g. managing cultural change, digital comms. platform change) * Lead / support the development and promotion of digital adoption and organisational change management (OCM) methods and tools, including presentations, specimen RFI / RFP content, methodologies, toolkits and deliverables * Demonstrate confidence in articulating and delivering Digital Adoption engagements through the use of methodologies and tools for requirements and data gathering driven by Digital accelerators * Provide a range of client facing business adoption skills including strategic change planning, project planning, digitally enabled comms and engagement, reporting, workshop design and facilitation, data analysis and problem solving, change management diagnostic interventions and suctioning Experience and skills required: * Relevant experience gained in a leading management consultancy * Experience in Digital Change Management execution (engagement, comms & learning) * A track record of designing and implementing Digital Transformation initiatives * Ability to design Digital Organisational Change strategy and deliver it * For leadership level, a proven track record of leading complex Digital change programmes * Ability to design and conduct Digital Maturity Assessments and execute skills required to develop and run colabs, incubators, etc. * Ability to lead Digital engagements requiring niche skills such as Organisational Design, Stakeholder Engagement and Management, Training Needs Analysis, Training Design & Delivery, Communication Strategy, Design and Execution, platform driven change interventions, skills and competency mapping, change agent network development and implementation, Job Impact Analysis, Organisational Behaviour, Culture Change Analysis * Successfully worked on multiple organisational consulting engagements (Digital engagements where possible) * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience in senior level stakeholder engagement * Experience supporting transformation from strategic design to implementation * Stakeholder workshop design and co-facilitation experience * Industry experience in at least one of Cognizant's key sector * Experience in developing agile / lean de
