Your new company I am currently working with a Further Education client and they are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their HR team on a permanent basis. Your new role You will work closely with the Head of HR and oversee the day-to-day management of the HR operation, contribute to the development of strategy, policies and procedures. You will also have line management responsibility for a small team of junior HR members.
