Overview
Fantastic senior HR Operations opportunity within one of London's brightest and most successful media and communications agencies. Working with a team of talented, creative and ambitious colleagues in a collaborative and lively working culture. Reporting directly into the HR Director and working closely with the senior management team, this would suit an energetic and proactive HR professional with a proven track record in media/ tech/ start-ups or similar, strong business acumen, the ability to drive and influence change and a strategic, analytic approach. The company is going through an exciting period of growth and change and this is an opportunity to influence change and really make a difference The role will entail responsibility for setting and delivering the strategy for the company's HR/ People Operations function and team managing and continually improving HR systems and processes leading and making recommendations for the company's employee benefits offering creating excellent employee experiences across all touchpoints of the employee lifecycle managing, developing and coaching a small team utilising internal and external people data to gain insight and drive business decisions producing management information and insights for the senior management team overseeing payroll The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading HR operational services in dynamic, high-growth, rapidly-evolving businesses together with significant experience in managing teams through change and transformation, with strong coaching and mentoring skills. Also required excellent understanding of people analytics and the value of high-quality management information in depth understanding of technology in the HR/ People/ Talent space and passionate about using technology to support service delivery and employee experience a proven track record of managing projects and improving ways of working and processes in HR substantial knowledge of HR legislation and the ability to suggest and implement ways improved systems and processes The client is hoping to interview immediately (over video) with a view to making a swift appointment.
