Your new role As Assistant HR BP you will have the opportunity to join the HR team with a focus on OD (organisational development) in a role supporting and advising the organisation across a wide range of research, exploration and projects including well being, restructures, diversity and inclusion and change management. This will involve managing objectives, researching and proposing ideas and will need to be influential and communicative. What you'll need to succeed This will suit someone who is an experienced HR Advisor who likes support change through research, analysis and workshops. You'll need to organised and able to manage change, support the transformation of behaviours. You will be a credible experienced HR professional with a strong background delivering research and projects effectively. You will be someone who is comfortable building relationships via effective communication, organisation and interpersonal skills - solution focuses and proactive.
