Overview
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this large engineering business based near Reading, to recruit an experienced HR Analyst / HR Systems Advisor, for an initial 12-month period. Supporting a talented HR function, you will form an integral part of the HRIS team, tasked with delivering high quality and accurate HR data and service information to the business (within specified timescales), whilst helping to manage the HRIS (Workday) and LMS (Saba) systems. Providing both reporting and first line support to all HR functions (HRSSC, Reward, Recruitment, L&D, Talent, etc). It is essential you are a highly competent HR systems 'superuser', who possesses advanced MS Excel skills. You will be comfortable working at pace, with a sometimes-heavy workload, prioritising projects, managing expectations and delivering quite complex information, in a simple and understandable format. Credibility at all levels of seniority is a pre-requisite. As well as having experience working within a generalist HR environment, you will be adept managing large volumes of data; reporting, migration, cleansing, auditing, implementation and, general systems administration.
