Overview
A Leeds city centre business is recruiting to a L&D Training Co-ordinator job in their HR team. Your new company A well-established, growing, professional services business in the Leeds city centre with modern offices within minutes walk from both the train and bus stations. Your new role Working in small HR team, who provide support to over 300 UK-wide employees, this L&D co-ordinator job will source, organise, plan, process and enhance training across the business. You will be working very closely with the L&D Manager in assessing the training needs of the business, working with external partners in booking the delivery and evaluation of training, as well as providing analysing to the rest of the business. You will also be heavily involved in the implementation of a new LMS - Learner Management System - and so will build training modules and create online employee surveys to bring as many learning activities as possible online. What you'll need to succeed Experience working in a Training, Recruitment or HR administrative position would be ideal with the confidence to speak with line managers, employees and external training providers effectively. Experience with HR systems or 'Leaner Management System' would be preferable but strong general IT systems skills is essential.
