An HR & Payroll Supervisor job for a charity in Basildon. Salary up to £29,564FTE. 12 Month FTC Your new company This charity is a well respected and expanding organisation. A pillar in the community they're dedicated to providing expert and empathetic service. Your new role This role is offered on a full or part time basis, from 30 to 37.5 hours. Reporting into the Director of HR, you'll be the first point of contact within the HR function and have the capability to deal with and escalate queries appropriately. You'll be responsible for all HR admin, including on-boarding and contracts. As well as having a good understanding of the HR function overall, taking ownership of aspects and providing support with various projects to the Director. The payroll function entirely comes within the remit of this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end process, any queries as well as managing the pension and all related administration. What you'll need to succeed You'll be working towards, or have completed either CIPD or CIPP as well as having gained direct experience within both the payroll and HR functions. You'll have great attention to detail and be able to methodically prioritise your work load. Experience with Moorepay will be of benefit, but strong Excel skill are a must. What you'll get in return Salary from £23,275 to £29,564 FTE, 27 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays. subsidised on-site meals as well as discounted gym membership.
