Overview
Interim European HR Operations Manager Up to £65K DOE This is a fixed-term contract for one year Basildon, Essex. Pursuit Resources Group are looking to recruit for the position of European HR Operation Manager, with an interim period of one year , with a well established, global complete solutions company based in Basildon, Essex. Successful candidates will run a transactional centre of excellence across Europe, providing seamless transactional support to the HR Business Partners. The main responsibilities for the job include: Management of the employee onboarding experience Full management of the annual compensation review process Provide administrative support to training activities Management and completion of the employee offboarding experience Reduction in Force activities, including seeking relevant approvals and driving action plans Management of all Employee Relations Issues Management of the Employee Generalist team and the European HR Data Administrator Leading and participating in all UK transactional activities Instilling lean methodology in our all administrative processes and actively seeking areas for improvement To ensure the provision and implementation of safe systems of work and systems to identify hazards within the workplace. To assist in the investigation of work-related injuries, incidents and near loss occurrences with the objective to prevent a recurrence. To ensure that all individual objectives under DNV are met. Our client is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following skills and experience: Degree level educated MCIPD 5 year's experience in Human Resources Generalist role Previous management of multi-site HR Operations Team Ability to travel (30-40% of role) Exposure to HR matters in other European countries An appreciation of lean methodology and work practices If you feel you fit the requirements for this role and would like to discuss in more detail please contact Lorraine Phair .
