Lead Associate, Executive Compensation - Permanent - Global Consultancy - London Your new company My client, a Global Consultancy, is recruiting for a Lead Associate - Executive Compensation, to join their executive compensation team on a full-time permanent basis. Your new role You will work with a broad range of clients, supporting them on their reward strategies. This will include total rewards, job levelling and architecture, compensation design, and projects. You will support senior reward consultants on a range of projects, from day to day project management to acting as subject matter expert for one of the areas. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience within reward, as well as a degree in a numerical field. You will have worked on projects end-to-end, and be able to analyse and interpret data in a concise manner. You will have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
