Overview
An experienced Recruitment Advisor to join a successful retail business, based near Portsmouth (12m FTC). Your new company My client are an employer of choice who operate a number of highly successful businesses within their group, throughout the South of England. The majority of these businesses fall within the food and drink / retail sectors. The company employ over 3,500 staff and have a proud record of providing fantastic service to local communities across many counties for over 125 years. Annual turnover for the group exceeds £400m. Your new role Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to cover a colleague who is going on Maternity Leave in May. Please not this role is unlikely to continue beyond 12 months. The successful candidate will source, attract and screen high quality candidates for vacancies and future requirements within 3 different parts of the business, focusing on improving the quality of hire and candidate experience. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience as an Internal Recruiter, preferably having worked in retail or hospitality sectors. Skills required include working closely with Hiring Managers, creating/posting adverts and qualifying suitable candidates, through to managing offers and creating an efficient on-boarding process.
