We believe that our success is based on your success. Responsibilities: The Recruitment and Compliance Team Leader has responsibility for managing the recruitment and compliance team. Ensuring that the team meet the set contract KPI’s each month. This involves ensuring that all Candidates are recruited in accordance with the set Company Quality procedures. Maintaining relationships with existing clients, building new client relationships within the Trust i.e. Ward or Admin Managers etc. A ‘hands on’ operational role under the direction and guidance of the Contract Manager Key Tasks: Develop effective, open and honest relationships with key stakeholders within the Trust Ensure all contractual recruitment targets are met each month Ensure all staff recruited are recruited to the company’s standards Implement any changes in processes within the recruitment and compliance team Day to day management of the recruitment and compliance team Any other relevant duties as required by the line manager About you: Able to build relationships with candidates and clients Excellent communication skills Able to multitask effectively and not be afraid of change Determined and self-motivated applicants are a must Experience in a target driven or customer service environment In return for your hard work we are able to offer an added bonus to your basic salary (targets and KPI’s will need to be achieved).
