Legal recruitment consultant Portsmouth Circa £40k OTE Our client is a UK wide specialist in placing in to the legal profession. We are now pleased to be able to support their growth with the hire of a senior /principal consultant. The role will focus purely on placing fee earning (solicitor) candidates across the UK. This sector is extremely candidate let and doesn't need someone with a hunter approach. What we need, is someone with very strong candidate attraction skills, an excellent relationship builder from both a candidate and client perspective. You won't find the candidates that you need sitting on job boards, so this person will need to take a very proactive approach to recruiting by: Candidate mapping competitors Building a network and pipeline of potential candidates Using their headhunting skills to turn passive candidates in to placements Demonstrating over time strong sector knowledge and being the go to person for the industry Average placement fees are very high in this sector and so someone that has that strong candidate approach will be very successful.
