A Government Agency in Victoria is looking for a HR Advisor - Recruitment for a 12 months FTC. Your new company A well-established Government Agency in Victoria, London are looking for a Human Resources Advisor - Recruitment and Professional Training for a 12 months fixed-term contract. This is a full-time role, and it is paying £27,773 - £33,351. Your new role You will work collaboratively in a team of 19, where you will be overseeing the Graduate and Apprentice Training recruitment campaigns. This will include, providing relevant advise and support to internal stakeholders in an effective and timely manner to ensure a smooth operation of the recruitment programmes. Furthermore, you will be in charge of coordinating the recruitment processes and deal with high volume queries accurately to a high standard. As an individual, you will be organised, have excellent attention to detail and take strong initiative to deliver an excellent service to customers and stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in your application, it is essential that you can demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the employee life cycle and advising internal and external stakeholders regarding the Graduate and Apprenticeships recruitment campaigns. You will be driven to meet deadlines and have strong communications, numerical and excel skills. A CIPD qualification or a commitment to work towards achieving this is desirable.
