Overview
Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this market leading Business based near Reading, to recruit a HR Process Analyst for an initial 12-month contract. Working in a large, highly talented HR function, you must have experience of delivering HR processes, testing systems, MI reporting and strong processes design and mapping skills. Coupled with a solid and in depth understanding of general HR operations. It is essential you are highly IT literate, with advanced MS Excel / reporting skills and, experience of managing data and processes within (ideally) Workday, SAS and/or Oracle Fusion - or similar.
