Overview

I am urgently recruiting a Head of People & Culture for a renowned healthcare membership organisation based in Central London on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Chief Executive and working as part of the Executive team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the organisations People Plan – encompassing policy and process, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance, organisation design, L&D, reward and internal communications. This permanent role will pay a salary of £59,100 to £62,500 per year based on a 35-hour week, with excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have an appetite for change and have experience of embedding culture-change and you will: - • Be an experienced Head of HR who has worked in similar level roles • Have strong experience in handling all types of People issues, OD and Employee Engagement • Have experience of managing an HR team and securing strong people performance • Have full CIPD membership at Chartered or fellow level • Be able to demonstrate depth and breadth in the core areas of HR leadership and management • Have proven experience of developing and implementing a People Plan • Proven experience of effectively working with and influencing senior managers and building excellent relationships If this sounds like you, and you would be interested in learning more about this position, please apply.
