Overview
On behalf of our Southport based client we are seeking to recruit two Assembly Operatives to work in a modern production facility. You must be able to demonstrate some previous experience working within an electrical/engineering sector (ideally auto electrical or an electrical engineering production line). You will be working on various tasks including soldering, crimping and assembling of small electrical component parts as part of the general factory production processes. You must have an excellent eye for detail and have a high level of manual dexterity as the job involves important assembly work. You must possess the ability to adapt and learn quickly as you will be required to perform and pass on line testing as part of the initial learning programme. Full training will be given to the successful applicant. This is an excellent career opportunity to work within a recognised market leading company. Reliability, motivation and a positive “can do” attitude is essential for the position. All positions are offered on a Temp to Perm basis with full time employment possible following a successful probation period. £8.94 per hour starting pay with progression to a higher hourly rate quickly achieved within a short time scale. A higher starter rate may be offered according to the applicants current skill/qualification. Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm Friday 8am to 1pm The position offers an immediate start for the successful applicant.
