Experienced Claims Handlers in the Bristol area , please take immediate note Aston Charles have recently been engaged by this nationally recognised insurance broking and risk management specialist to help it source talented claims handlers for a brand new claims hub in Bristol. As a result of considerable, recent expansion and growth there is now an immediate requirement for several experienced claims professionals to join its busy , focused and client driven team of claims handlers. With responsibility for the proactive management of your allocated caseload you’ll provide an outstanding claims service at all times. Undertaking a traditional broker claims role you will empathetically take first notifications of all new claims and subsequently report details into Insurers within the agreed timescales. Throughout the ongoing life cycle of each claim you’ll be available to your clients to provide advice, guidance and manage their expectations keeping them advised of all developments. Accurate data capture and reserve allocation is also critical to aid the broking team to identify risk management issues and to negotiate the renewal process when appropriate. Additionally you will produce accurate claims reports and experiences when required and will keep an efficient diary system at all times. Ideally, we’re looking for evidence of proven Broker/Insurer claims handling experience in the main commercial classes of Property and Liability. Additionally we are happy to consider applications from motivated and ambitious candidates from within the Fee Earning and Loss Adjusting sectors. Finally, outstanding Household Claims Handlers are also invited to apply but there will be a requirement to accommodate a steep learning curve if successful.
