Overview
FNOL Insurance Customer Service Advisor, Cheadle - SK3 Monday - Thursday 10.30am - 2.30pm Our client is a leading end to end claims management solutions business working across the UK in partnership with leading motor group insurance firms. Everything is managed in-house providing a one stop solution from dedicated FNOL through to resolution, recoveries they pride themselves on delivering exceptional levels of customer service. They offer solutions across property, motor and legal claims management. Key accountabilities: Act as first notification, responding to inbound calls within agreed SLA timelines FNOL Manage the repair process including: arranging and confirming repair booking dates, chasing independent engineers for authorisation, confirming expected completion dates Follow the process end to end Primary function of the role: Pro actively pursue credit hire and credit repair opportunities Manage and monitor credit repairs and credit hires What you will need: Excellent communication skills - excellent telephone manner MS Office skills GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) Positive and persuasive telephone manner Understanding of ABI GTA and legal knowledge would be a distinct advantage What they can offer you: Excellent training and career development Subsidised car parking on site 20 days holiday stats Social nights out such as bowling, team events A fast paced and enjoyable working environment
