Job Description We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Agent to join our Commercial Operations team here at Together. Reporting in to the Customer Service Team Leader, you’ll be part of a team focused on delivering a quality customer experience, ensuring that the customer’s needs and correct outcomes are at the centre of all activities and decisions. To be considered, you’ll have previous experience within a similar customer service role, ideally within financial services. In addition, you’ll a passion for great customer service along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A competitive salary of up to £21,000, dependent on experience, plus annual bonus, benefits and access to shared rewards. Key Responsibilities Present a professional image of the company to all customers, ensuring a positive impression is created and maintained; Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external customers in order to build and maintain positive working relationships; Provide excellent service to customers to provide a positive customer journey; Handle all queries from customers over the loan facility to ensure all expectations are met; Assess and understand customer needs in order to identify any potential issues; Identify and record all complaints from customers to ensure a timely investigation is conducted; Compose emails and letters to our customers at the required standard and in a timely manner; Maintain up to date commercial product knowledge to enhance the customer journey. Qualifications Essential Experience Excellent communications skills, written and verbal; Experience managing relationships; Previous experience in a customer service/care environment; Flexible approach and adaptability to change; Exceptional organisational skills; Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel etc.; Further consideration will be given to candidates that can demonstrate: Experience within a similar role within Financial Services; Commercial lending product knowledge.
