Hire Controller / Internal Account Manager - Newcastle - 18,000/22,000 plus comms ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Hire Controller for our client based in Newcastle, who continue to lead their industry. Experience in the Waste or Construction industry would be highly advantageous. You’ll be joining a lively and driven team, with a very strong work ethic. This role provides a great opportunity to learn the business and engage with your customer base, whilst managing Internal Accounts. Responsibilities Manage Internal Accounts and customer expectations by providing a fantastic customer service, whilst answering a high volume of calls per day. Determine customer requirements and identify the best solution in line with company processes and procedures Always looking for opportunities to up sell and ensure the customer is fully aware of all products/services.
