Excellent communication skills to both technical and non-technical colleagues. You will need to be able to work calm under pressure while also being organised and have a methodical approach. Key Responsibilities: Accountable to the product development manager for producing the highest quality solutions. Take charge of a team of developers through from design to delivery Be responsible for project delivery, dealing with client requirements and updates throughout the process. Manage development on business-critical areas of software. Head up the development priorities within a project to ensure it is delivered on time.
