Now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time, permanent basis. Your new company Our client, is a UK commercial vehicle rental provider that allows their customers the freedom to shape their own rental solutions with the help from the teams experts. Our client is now seeking a friendly and confident Customer Service Administrator to support within their reservations team. Your new role As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for sending the daily, weekly and monthly reports to management on behalf of to the Client Services Manager. It will be your responsibility to provide excellent service to all inbound telephone calls and e-mails in regards to rental enquiries and bookings as well as growing and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships. You will manage the internal system and ensure that all documents and data are inputted correctly. What you'll need to succeed The successful individual will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a proven track record of working well under pressure within a fast paced environment. You will be IT literate and able to pick up internal systems with training provided.
