Commercial Finance Manager opportunity offering long term career development and progression within an acquisitive PE backed Business Services Group. THE COMPANY A Private Equity backed Business Services Group with an ambitious growth strategy involving acquisitions and organic growth within inter-linked industries. Based in West Yorkshire the Group has made several acquisitions in the past 2-3 years, establishing itself as a major player in its field and creating a strong presence in several UK markets. THE OPPORTUNITY Joining the business as Commercial Finance Manager you will be a key member of the Senior Finance Team, reporting to the MD, FD and Operational Board and providing critical financial analysis and management information to support decision making. As Commercial Finance Manager your responsibilities will include: Developing management accounts and management reporting across all subsidiaries Creating full P&L budgeting and forecasting process for all subsidiaries Preparing monthly board packs and strategic plans Producing valuable commercial analysis and insight into business operations Finance Business Partnering work with stakeholders to support commercial decision making This role offers a unique opportunity to develop the Commercial Finance function within an acquisitive business targeting major expansion throughout the UK over the next few years. THE PERSON You will be a Finance Professional able to demonstrate the following: ACA / ACCA / ACMA Qualified or Qualified By Experience (QBE) Background in Management Accounting and Business Analysis (min. 5 - 7 years) Experience within a growing SME business of reasonable scale (£20m - £50m t/o, multiple sites etc) 'Hands-on' approach, strength of character to drive through performance improvements Please contact Alastair McLean at Lucas McLean Recruitment to discuss this unique career opportunity.
