Overview
Eventus Legal are seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with experience to join a successful team based in Central Bristol. The successful candidate will be working alongside a thriving team in the Transactional Real Estate Department. The role is a full-time, permanent position. Role responsibilities The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will be part of a team of Real Estate specialists, who all handle a caseload of Commercial Property files including leasehold transactions, freehold purchases and sales, business acquisitions and disposals and other property related issues. You will be responsible for: - Running your own Commercial Property caseload Managing own time recording, WIP and billing to ensure that targets are consistently met Attending clients to take instructions and provide legal advice Business Development - Networking to grow client base and Department Person specification This position is suited to qualified Solicitors and Legal Executives from NQ level and upwards with experience in running a Commercial Property Caseload. You will have a broad range of Commercial Property experience including acquisitions and disposals for a variety of clients, property finance and secured lending.
