Travel and Tourism Tailor Made Groups Reservations Consultant High quality groups bespoke reservations consultant required to join high profile Travel Company’s group / reservations department to sell an extensive portfolio of exclusive escorted group tours worldwide. This exciting position will involve offering a wide variety of tours including walking, trekking, historical, wildlife, art, wine, and classical music. The successful person will be planning to perfection escorted tours with illuminating visits, and surprise additions for a company that offers small group tours with a maximum of 20 guests with an individual tour leader in addition thanks to personal contacts and introductions this company includes tours to private houses and palaces not open to the general public. To be considered for this position he/she will have previous UK based travel industry experience ideally within the luxury tours market. The successful person must have a good eye for detail and have a talent for dealing with people often in a demanding situation. This position is far more than a reservations position as you will be handling our client’s customers every need including operational/ customer service / adminisation and costing queries.
