Job Title: German Account Manager Location: Ringwood Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 pa OTE £30,000 pa Job Type: Perm Ref: Advert 02497 German Account Manager - Ringwood - £20,000 - £25,000 pa OTE £30,000 pa Sales Executive Job description The ideal candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new sales opportunities. You will utilise your skills in developing and managing contact relationships as well as employing a consultative approach to selling within a broad base of customers. Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales targets Build rapport, manage relationships and successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts Qualify customer opportunities attracted by coordinated marketing campaigns Manage customer negotiations Accurately record customers interactions and report such to business managers Key competencies You must be a confident, customer orientated and proactive individual with sales experience in a business to business context (experience of working within the electronics distribution network a distinct advantage) A natural communicator, it is essential that you are fluent in German and English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional European language skills an advantage You must have a proven ability to learn and confidently use technical information, preferably proven through business or academic experience Self-motivation, enthusiasm, good organisational skills and an ability to work in a team environment are essential You will have experience and working knowledge of CRM systems You are professional, articulate and well presented with a minimum of three years experience in business to business sales, preferably gained in a technical environment Ideally, you will be educated to Degree level with a business related degree What you can expect Salary and sales commission Bonus related to business and personal performance 25 days holiday public holidays Free parking A small, friendly team Relaxed but hard-working atmosphere A well-known brand in the industry, selling to cutting edge electronics businesses
