Overview

I am recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a my well established client in the Chelmsford area. Daily duties will include: Maintaining in house systems. network infrastructure, telecommunications and peripherals Install, diagnose and upgrade all hardware and equipment Providing training to new users Support business applications Improve existing programmes Identify and prepare hardware for disposal Skills: Strong knowledge of windows desktop server TCP/ IP, DNS , DHCP and Active Directory is an advantage Knowledge of routers, firewall and basic networking
