Job Description

Band 4 Associate Practitioner As part of the transformation within EPUT an opportunity has arisen for an Associate Practitioner. As an Associate Practitioner you will be responsible for assisting in managing the care of service users, under the guidance of the Advances Nurse Practitioner. You will also provide practical support to the service users performing day to day activities, guidance and education. You will also act as a mentor to students, junior staff and will be responsible for supervising unqualified staff. You will work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians and other practitioners to provide a 7 day a week, 24 hours a day service, 365 days a year, working shifts were appropriate and operationally required.
