If you are money motivated, target driven, and keen to progress at a company with a clear progression plan in place, then I have the perfect role for you Working for a leading Events company based in the City Centre, the successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop and grow in an internal Sales Academy Programme spanning over 9 months. Following on form this you will be given all the support and opportunity to work into a Sponsorships Sales team which sees the current executives earning GBP50k. About the role: Acquiring delegation for a range of different events from, conferences, forums for high-level visitors; covering sectors in: education, health, technology, justice, security, and the wider Public Sector. Having a strong drive to achieve weekly KPIs and manage objection handling where required Cold-calling new business prospects Identify new sales opportunities from existing business Writing introduction emails to introduce and explain the full range of Conferences Managing the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business. Essential Skills & Experience: Previous outbound B2B or B2C sales/customer service experience - however candidates may be considered without this experience if they can demonstrate a passion for sales Ambition to progress and develop Excellent work ethic with drive/determination to be the best Strong communication skills written and verbal Energetic and personable About The Benefits: Incredible career prospects with defined progression plan in place Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM Salary: between GBP18k - GBP22k dependant on performance Opportunity to be earning GBP50k within 3 years 25 days holiday bank holidays (rising to 28 with years of service) Birthday day off Flexible start/end times once established Regular social events with Summer and Christmas party To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to apply We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
