We're looking for a care home experienced Manager or S/NVQ4 in social care. You'll also have a Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5. Not to mention leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments. And, above all, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you'll be truly considerate and kind. Well, after all, it's just in your nature. £40,000 - £45,000 max Must be Nurse Qualified The Candidate Experienced Home Manager seeking a new challenge with an established provider. The right candidate would have a proven track record of successful Home Management within the private sector as well as an excellent knowledge and understanding of CQC. Requirements : Home Manager Experience - Elderly and Dementia Proven track record of Good CQC reports Passion for elderly care, with a hands-on approach Experience of networking locally and marketing a home to the private sector NVQ Level 5 or 4 qualified Location : Arlesey, Bedfordshire Summary A proven Home Manager who is currently running a successful Nursing Home for the elderly, the right candidate will need to be able to lead and inspire a team and develop the service further.
