CREATIVE EVENT MANAGER/PRODUCER - EXPERIENTIAL AGENCY

If the answer is yes, keep reading THE COMPANY Our client are a thriving experiential agency, who are looking to grow their creative events team. With an already skilled and committed team they deliver a unique variety of experiences including live events, roadshows, tours and workshops for world class brands across the UK. Their production, events and project management teams work closely together to produce these live experiences for a range of brands across multiple sectors including TV and media. They have a well-established and loyal client base who are always looking for innovative solutions to engage their client base and this agency are well known for their high quality execution. THE ROLE Due to continued success, they are now looking for an enthusiastic, creative Event Manager/Producer with great attention to detail to join their team. You will have the chance to use your imagination and creativity to ensure brand engagement In this role, you should expect to be: Delivering exciting experiential events end to end Working closely with clients to develop event concepts and content Building and presenting proposals Planning logistics for events including booking crew & staff Liaising with external suppliers including AV, staffing, furniture etc. Communicating effectively with both internal and external teams Completing H&S, including risk assessments for all events Managing events onsite up and down the UK THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the delivery and logistics of events and will preferably have experience within an agency environment, whether that be experiential or corporate.
