Overview
An exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Construction Solicitor to join my client’s team based in Leicester. The successful candidate will form part of the Commercial Property team, working directly with a partner and the existing immediate team of two solicitors. Responsibilities: • Undertake initial title and contractual documentation reviews • General correspondence and telephone attendances with both counterpart solicitors and the clients • Report directly to the partner on to undertaking amendments to contractual documentation • Prepare reports to the client, such necessary land registry and HMRC documentation Essential: • Sound basis and understanding of land law • Undertaken property as an elective during your LPC • Ideally two seats in property during your training contract in a commercial property environment Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.
