Our established client in Caerphilly is looking to recruit an IT Systems / Help desk Professional to provide an efficient technical and software support service to departments and associated subcontractors. The role: Receive and log hardware and networking faults raised over the telephone, by email and face to face. Support all internal and external users with day-to-day IT queries Production of information and reporting on IT support, tracking all requests and time line's with feedback on process improvements Co-ordinate the purchasing and ongoing inventory of all IT hardware and software Provide assistance to end users by diagnosing problems and resolving complex technical queries. Be a strong and proactive communicator both written and verbal Maintain and develop existing systems and processes ensuring accuracy, consistency and security of information held by cleansing data and updating the system with additions, removals, amendments and updates. Have a pro-active and systematic approach to project managing all systems Receive and log hardware and networking faults raised over the telephone, by email and face to face. Install, support and maintain all Company hardware and software Create and administer network and all email accounts Ensure and maintain IT security systems including staff training and awareness Company offer a fantastic working environment based in modern offices located near Caerphilly.
