HR and Governance Officer Opportunity: Up to £65K DOE Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with an executive search firm to recruit a HR and Governance Officer on a permanent basis for an investment manager based in London. As the HR and Governance Officer, you will be responsible for advising senior management on options for restructuring governance and managing the implementation of these changes. You will also be responsible for delivering the People Plan and maintaining the staff handbook across the group. I am looking for a highly committed, trustworthy HR professional who will be able to work closely with the COO and senior leadership team to deliver key projects and initiatives to build the capability within the organisation. Your duties: Advise senior management on options for restructuring governance and manage the implementation of these changes Work closely with senior stakeholders to successfully identify any changes necessary to deliver the business strategy. Advise on company Articles and LLP Agreements. Support the upskilling of line managers and act as a thinking partner to drive capability and ownership of people agenda within the business. Skills: Proven HR and Governance management experience. Experience managing or implementing HR systems. Experience having managed all ER issues. Preferred: CIPD Qualified. Preferred: Legal degree/ professional qualification. Preferred: Financial Services background.
