Remedy Recruitment Group are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to work within a Children with Disabilities Team for Newham Council. Job Purpose To ensure that every child/young person has a smart plan that ensures review and evaluation of outcomes To contribute to improving the resilience and Independence of the councils young people and their families To ensure each child's personal record is maintained with the HCPC required standards You will need to be: HCPC registered Eligible to work in the UK Why Choose Remedy?
