Business Analyst Contracts, ITSM, Infrastructure, O365, £350-£400 Per Day VAT, 3-6 month contracts, Cardiff Due to an exciting Infrastructure Transformation Programme, my market leading financial services client are seeking a number of Business Analysts to join their existing project team. Please note that this position has been determined as out of scope of IR35. As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Project Manager to identify key stakeholders throughout the business and define the 'as is' and the 'to be'. You should have a proven track record of working specifically on Infrastructure upgrade/replacement projects and I am extremely interested in speaking to people with the following experience; Office365 / O365 IT Service management (ITSM) Implementing new Service Management tools You will need to be able to demonstrate that you have designed and implemented business improvement solutions in previous contracts.
