Overview
Commercial Executive 12 month contract Baed in Brighton £19,000 - £22,000 Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Commercial Executive to join an established organisation in the Brighton & Hove area on a 12 month contract. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be available on short notice or able to start immediately. Your duties will include: Preparing paperwork for rates to be loaded into the reservation system Sending rates for loading in reservation system Auditing rates Raising contracts & amendments in line with approved model Responding to third party enquiries regarding their contract, product and service Regularly initiating communications of product and availability updates to third parties Ensure that service level agreements are adhered to Follows up on tasks keeping customers up to date on developments Uses agreed responses to customers and clients Participates actively in developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients and customers, representing the company at any commercial development or other meetings as required by the senior manager Reports regularly to the senior manager upon matters discussed with customers and clients Maintain Department Controls Gains the appropriate VP approvals when required Liaises with the senior manager for requests to prioritise work Carries out tasks in order of weekly priorities Essential Skills: Previously held administrative role Flexible Self Starter Team player but can work alone Excellent time management and prioritisation skills Able to interact sensitively on all levels Excellent customer service skills Able to meet SLAs in a changing environment & ability to grasp new concepts Educated to GCSE level Previously used in-house systems Intermediate excel Attention to detail and numerate Knowledge of travel industry advantageous If you feel that you would be suitable for this position then please apply with your CV.
