Commercial Property Solicitor 5yrs PQE - Brighton £45000-£55000 A great opportunity to work hand in hand with the Commercial Property Partner on a variety of Sussex & London based HNW clients About the firm: Highly respected Brighton firm, centrally based and established over decades A significant majority of the work received though personal recommendation and referrals. A traditional firm who adopt very much a tailored and personal approach Client focused with regular contact expected from all of their solicitors Key requirements of the role: Commercial property matters covering businesses, enterprise and developments in Sussex as well as many clients having significant interests in the London The team deal with all manner of commercial property transactions including sales/purchase of small businesses, though to larger retail and site developments/redevelopments.
