Overview

RF, Radio Frequency, ISO 9000, ISO 17025, radiated, conducted, EMC32 A leading wireless test client are currently looking to identify a number of RF Test Engineers on an initial 6 month contract basis based in Slough for a new programme of work. You will have strong experience in the TIC (testing, inspection & certification) industry. Hourly rate is flexible depending on experience. Experience Required: Essential ISO 9000/ISO 17025 Radio technology test (radiated/conducted) compliance experience ETSI, FCC & ISED Hard working coupled with the ability to accept change and work to deadlines Willingness to work additional hours as required Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team structure Customer facing experience Experience of using RF test equipment such as Spectrum/network Analyser, Signal generator, RF Power and cellular test equipment. Exposure to automated test environments is also desirable Organisational Skills - Systematic approach to work, with an appropriate level documentation/compilation of tests results and observations as required Intuitive - Ability to solve problems independently and in a logical manner PC Skills - Advanced user, Word and Excel. Visio would be beneficial too Desirable Radiated emissions using EMC32 Test Equipment - as a user, hands on experience with spectrum analysers, signal generators, preamplifiers and also network analysers would be beneficial RF Technologies - GSM, UMTS, 4G, 802.11x, WLAN, Bluetooth, Short Range Devices, Near Field.
