Payroll is hard. Really hard. I mean, it's people's pay we're talking about, right? Nobody works for free. So payroll has GOT to get it right, right? How do you feel about joining a newly formed team? You'll be working alongside a Payroll Manager who has started a journey to change the way payroll is done in the business. This role sits within a HR function, dealing with all things payroll. Internal and external customers, HRMI, pensions, HMRC regs, company benefits, policy, procedures - the lot. It's going to be busy. It's going to be an all-in kind of gig. It's going to be fully immersive. But it's going to be fun. It's going to be rewarding.
